Karate Introductory Classes every Thursday and Friday from 5pm - 5.45pm
Learn the core skills:
- Good body pasture
- Stances
- Blocks, punches and kicks
Disciplined but friendly atmosphere, and lots of fun.
Having learnt the above skills they can transfer to the more advanced sessions.
